Bonehead move - damaged the radiator during installation
While attempting to install a radiator in my '76, I managed to compress the top inch of the core and it appears that the tube that runs through the top two rows of fins is cracked open.
Can this be repaired or am I looking at another radiator purchase?

Hey are8see,
Don't sweat it... it can be repaired by a good radiator shop. You might want to cover the core next time with a good thick piece of cardboard that you can remove after it's in. Doesn't even come close to my radiator installation when I dropped it before I even got to the car... knocking off the lower hose connection and breaking off drain plug! Whoooops!

Don't feel like the Lone Ranger, I poked a hole in my Griffin radiator with a screwdriver...TWICE! I repaired it with epoxy.
