I put them in right, right? I'm wanting to get a speedway bar like norvals. Im thinking 2 inch should be good. The bar cost 185dollars Hopefully I can find a cheap used one.

This is my speedway bar. It is 1 1/4 inch, splined on the ends for the arms and look at the solid bushings. No deflection here. I also run rod ends for a solid flex free linkage and at the same time no binding. It run me close to $400 by the time I was done
installing them at the recommended 10 o clock position gives some additional negative camber. That's what i did on the driver's side. The passenger side only had one shim in so i was afraid i'd have too much negative even with no shims so i installed them straight up 12 o clock.
I redrilled the grease zerks on the upper arms on the passenger side after realizing you just can't get at them as designed.
Did you tack weld them in? I tacked the uppers and lowers.
Oh, they didn't provide enough machine bushings (washers). You want to be able to torque the end bolts to spec without the bolt head and washer touching the bushing, otherwise it would bind. You don't want too much space because the a arm will move around on the shaft under loading.

When installing headers by yourself, it's a PITA, lining up the bolts, keeping the gasket from sliding...etc, etc.
Tip....get a bunch O rings that slip over the bolts....line the gasket to the flange, slide the bolts through, slip the rubber O rings on the bots. The Orings keep the gasket from moving. Now you can line up the header and get the bolts started. Once you fire the motor, the rubber O rings will melt.
