Default Adjusting Up / Down Headlight Doors

After I rebuilt the vacuum canisters; the headlight door on the driver’s side closes below the body. Is there a stop that holds the door flush or is there an adjuster? I only took the springs loose from the car and not much else. Before the door stopped right where it needed to be.

There is a screw under the headlight assembly that when turned will raise or lower the headlight itself.

if you didn't put the threaded rod of the actuator back at the same length it could have changed how far the light will go before it stops. I only had mine off half a turn and the light wouldn't go up far enough to lock the knee(headlamp warning light stayed on). Here is the adjuster durango is talking about that will let you fine tune the close position.

Thanks for posting that pic Chris. I need to take a few stock pics of that as I see this question a lot and it would help me show them what I'm talking about.
