Thanks for the info! Will bumping the compression to 10.3 or retarding the cam 4 degrees make a noticable change?

Had hoped for 500 HP and 500 ft lbs. Oh well, pretty good numbers for 7.4 DCR. Might mill the heads to get to 10.3 to 1 if it will help.

Your combination with LCA-110 and LC-111 will get 508 HP/6000 and 492 TQ/4500.

Already got the cam. Custom ground on 114 LSA. Wanted a wider, flatter torque band and a little extra for the nitrous. Might bump my NOS up later. I knew I would sacrifice a few HP with the wider LSA but figured better bottom end and midrange torque would make up for it in the RPM range I usually drive in. The compression can be bumped slightly by milling the heads and the installed CL can be adjusted. Those are easy changes I can do now to get better results when I assemble. Ready for assembly.

If you bump the compression to 10.3/1 it will get you 490/5500 and 506/4500.

Retarding the cam will do 494/6000 and 498/4500 at the cost of low speed torque.

Milling the heads is where I thought I would be. Thanks a lot!
