Finally got all the new cables mounted as well as the transducer. When I engage the cruise, at speed, it engages but seems to slowly drop mph. (not like it isn't engaging at all) I can tell it is engaging, it is just slowly losing mph. Vacuume leak? What else might cause it not to hold steady?
What else can I check?

Are you using the factory type cruise control? It seems like there is an adjustment to the transducer that can be made. It was in the factory service manual.

I did mine several years ago and remember doing some type of adjustment with an internal threaded peice.
I've moved and can't find my manuals, but I'm pretty sure that the procedure is also in the Hanes manual if you don't have the factory one.

Yes Eddie. It's the factory setup. My Factory Assembly Manual seems to have been delayed from a Forum Vendor. Any input? Thanks
