Hood Questions
I have a few questions about L88 hoods maybe someone can help me with.
I want to put on a L88 hood with pins on my 73 coupe.
My questions are is there a hood with all fours corners being pinned, or is it just the top part.
does hood come completely off or does open like a normal hood. and are they safe to drive around with.
meaning they won't blow off or anything like that. I don't mean to sound silly.
I just want to make sure if I do this that its safe and will work fine.
and if these do exist where can I find one?

I think that if you need to pin all corners it is something you need to do yourself. It doesnt seem to be a difficult type of modification . It would eliminate latches and release problems as well as hinges. If you wanted to take off the hood you'd need help. Peace,,, Moosie
