Rookie Rebuilder Question
Doing complete front suspension overhaul. Have most aspects under control. This question is probably stupid, but thought I should ask now, while it is easy to get to. I am set to put rebuilt upper and lower control arms back onto frame. The upper control arms have a frame mounted rubber bumper to prevent bottoming out metal to metal contact. They are listed as two different parts for early c-3's and later c-3's. I have a set that was given to me, that look good, but I am not sure if they are the correct type for my 1971 roadster. Will the wrong type installed, create a problem for me, once I have everything reassembled?
