Do it the old fashioned way - I've yet to get an adequate bleed from a vaccuum pump bleeder.
You have a ton of air in the system if you changed all 4 calipers and the vacuum pump isn't going to do much right now. Let it sit for a few hours with a full reservoir and the 6 bleeders open so that the fluid flows through. Once they are all dripping, then you should be able to bleed the old fashioned way, but it may take 2 or 3 attempts.
Also when you start bleeding with your helper, tap the top of the caliper with a rubber mallet while the bleeder is open to loosen more air bubbles. And make sure your helper doesn't release the brake pedal while you have the bleeder open. On the rears, do the inner bleeder first, then the outer.

Dunno if I'm getting the terminology mixed up but when you say vacuum pump is that the same as a power bleeder? Go here for a look: http://www.motiveproducts.com/index.html they make bleeding a breeze - well, it did for me anyway
Just to double check, are you bleeding in the correct sequence? LR-inner, LR-outer, RR-inner, RR-outer, LF, RF
I use the vacuum pump all the time. One thing I do before bleeding is remove the bleeder screw and wrap with teflon tape this will stop air from getting past the threads. And will stop the bleeder from rusting solid in the caliper.
Recently did the same.
It helped to let new fluid run through to the line before connecting it to the caliper. That way I knew the fluid was there. Also, pre-filling the caliper helped too.
I used the Mity-Vac, but had a friend helping me with the bleeder screw. Made it easy. We bled each spot, in sequence, three times before I got a good pedal.
Did you replace the rubber lines? Mine looked good from the outside, but were shot on the inner tube. I also changed my Master Cylinder first. Are you sure the MC is good?
Just my $.02
Good Luck, C3 brakes are a bee-otch! The guy that helped me has a C2 and he was throwing around 4 letter words like nothing while we bled. Finally got it done though.
well we got it to bleed with the old way of pumping took it for a drive and still acts like there is air in the line then when i went to park it i found a puddle on the drive way so i said thats enuff for today it was movie time i will look into it tomorrow. by the way Blood Diamond is a great show.
