Default stroker kit help!

i've been looking into Eagle street and strip stroker kits and i see that the come in two different versions: internally balanced and externally balanced (which includes the harmonic dampener and flexplate) but for some reason they seem to have priced the internally balanced kit, which comes with less, higher! is there something im missing here? dont you always need a harmonic balancer and flexplate anyway? please clear up my confusion!!
Thanks

My guess is you're still getting those items (internally balanced versions), but you're also getting a lighter rotating assembly than the externally balanced option, which means more machining and/or lighter rods & pistons. The need to externally balance means that there is not enough mass on the crank counter balancers to offset the rod/piston weight so additional weight is need on the dampener/flywheel to compensate. Internally balanced is more desirable.
