Defogger switch.
This question is a bit of a long shot but I'll give it a go :)
My defogger switch ('81) doesn't work. It has 4 spade type terminals in a straight line on the bottom. Nobody has one, but 2 places have switches with 3 terminals in a line & another one offset to the side of them. They suspect that these switches are from an '80 model. Does anybody know if they have the same functionality as the '81 switch? If a switch from an '80 was fitted to an '81 (with the connector changed) would it all work OK? Why was the switch type changed?
