Default i cant figure it out

i am practically giving my 85 corvette away. it is a beatiful car. yet i cant get one person to even show any interest. is the economy that bad? if i was looking for a new vette, this deal would be a wet dream!!!!

It could be because it was the first year of c4s, and theres a bad aura surrounding that. Nobody wants the first ones because they usually have problems. Or maybe its just the economy... My dad has been considering a corvette since I bought mine, but the economy is holding him back.

Just for curiosity, what are the stats?/how much?

and if you decide to literally give it away... I could take it off your hands :)

Actually, '84 was the first C3! The '85s with the Z51 suspension were vastly improved over the '84s.

I believe you are confused. This is one of the best years for the early c4. i think you are reffering to the first c4. That was a 1984. i will take 5000.00 for it. there are pics posted in my ad in the for sale area. :reddevil

I think the economy has alot to do with It and the early c-4's are at the bottom of their depreciation cycle..Hopefully they will go up like other vettes have...but it is tough to say it that will happen :smash:
