Looking through the current chevy vette trader I see vetteparts on line advertising some low prices on rebuilt rear ends for $395. This is $100 less then the well known shops advertise for. Did anyone use this shop and how is their service?

I may be way off, but isn't this just the new name of the infamous "Florida Caliper"? I seem to remember hearing something like that, and also noticed that there's no reference to a physical address in their site. Beware! (If I'm mistaken, others please jump in!)

Very interesting. I checked out the web site and found no mention of their location. I then did a search of area code and prefix for their # . This place is in Boynton Beach FLA.
JUST REMEMBER, you get what you pay for, if it seems to good to be true, that is because it is. Cheap price doesn't equate to quality. Take care before laying out those coins. :blueangel:
There's another ad in there for Precision Engineering also of FL with the same pricing? Interesting, personally I think I'll use Bair's when I need to.

I just went through a horrible, stressful ordeal with them. I ordered a brake package through them in May. After well over a dozen calls and empty promises I finally received the last of the package at the end of August. While my brakes seem to work ok, I'd never recommend them to anyone I like. Save yourself the anxiety...Don't order from them.
