Default O2 sensor question.

I have to replace the O2 sensor on my '82. Not familiar with older car O2's. How many and where are they. Thanks to everyone out there who bail me out on a regular basis.

The sensor is about $30 or $35 It should be located infront of the catalytic converter. I replaced mine shortly after I purchased my car. However my exhaust is not stock and I have a highflow cat located toward the rear of the car and my o2 sensor was just in front of the cat. The stock 82 O2 sensor should be in front of your cat near the intersection of the Y pipe if memory serves me correct. Its a 5 minuite change. There should be a one plug wiring harness with ywo wires. DO NOT CUT AND SPLICE.
