Demon carb users

When coming to a hard stop or under a tight turn I noticed several times the car just dies but starts right back up again after the carb has cleared. I've checked the fuel bowl levels, seems the fuel in the rear bowl is sloshing fuel back....I know of someone else (not to mention anyone) Gordonm. who has experienced the same problem....anyone else?

I did, I was cutting it hard to the right pushed in the clutch, let off the throttle and the idle dropped to 500rpms (its set at 950) and when I straitened out the idle went back up.

I am running a 650 Speed Demon and I have not noticed anything strange. I do have my float levels set higher at the top mark in the sight glasses.

me too until I raised the float level to about 1/3

Hi Bob, Gordon and I both have raised the float levels up...ours is at the third/highest line and still have the engine quitting at a hard stop/decelleration/turn....
