Default bb valve covers

quick question I got a set of tall bb valve covers but they are still to short need at least another inch any suggestions.

There's any number of tall big block valve covers available through Summit Racing or Jegs. Billet Specialties make them for example.

If you need even taller than that, you might have to have them fabricated or find spacers.

At what kind of HP do you start to require a stud girdle?

Took aout the baffels and did a double gasket all good now hope they dont leak.
