72 headlight and wiper door problem

72 headlight and wiper door problem
I have discovered a lazy headlight and a wiper door that is not opening. The check valve has been replaced (though nothing appeared wrong with the other one), the seals have been replaced on the vacuum pots and both worked well 1000 miles ago. Any suggestions??

Likely suspects are the relays or vacuum reservoir.

I suspect one of she seals has failed or come off of the actuators. Just because they are new, dont mean they cant fail, and they do tend to pop off. I would check both actuators on the HL.
