76 corvette wiring question

I was changing the horn relay and saw small silver box that looked something like a small speaker. It has a few diff colored wires going into it. It also had a red wire coming from it that split after coming from the box with a bright green colored plug on each split. Nether of them are hooked up. Does anyone have any idea what these wires hook into?

Sounds Like A Ignition Buzzer.

...or an aftermarket security system that was wired into the power side of that relay.
