Default body mount

Now that my car is on jacks, and the wheels are off, I checked my body mounts. Both my rear body mounts are loose, when I try to tighten them the bold/nut are just turning.

Is this an issue?
What should I do to fix it?

By "Back Body Mounts" you mean the #4 mounts? thats the ones behind the rear wheels. Would be good to check them with the car on wheels, but since your already past that point...
It sounds like they are rust welded, are there any shims on them?
A pic would be good. You may have to cut the bolts and go from there

As sixfooter has stated, rust has come into play in your case. The bolts seemed to be loose because rust has eaten away at the washers and shims in the mounting system. Since you have turned the bolt, more than likely the cage nut rivets have broken and the inside cage is free. To get a closer look you will need to feel your way to the bolt wells near the back corners of the deck and behind the seats. You will need a hand mirror to get a good look at what you have down there. Once you remove the cage that covers the nut from inside, you might be able to get a wrench on it. With someone holding the bolt from turning on the outside, try turning the nut. If it is frozen, you can burn the bolt head off from the outside with oxy-acetelene. If you can get the nut to turn a few threads, it might give you enough room to get a cutoff wheel between the frame and body mounts to make a cut. Either way, you will get the bolt out and be ready the replace with new. Unless you are going NCRS, don't be concerned about replacing the inside cage. If you are not particular, you will find bolts and lock nuts that will put it back together at you local hardware store. You will also find washers that will replace the rusted shims at a hardware store. Rusted body mount bolts are common with your year car. Good luck!
