up grade brakes
i have a 68 vert. 4-speed, and it does not have power brakes. what i need is someone to tell me what and where to purchase the parts to up grade it to power brakes. i also need a how to list to do the conversion a step by step of this conversion to make it a better braking system. all help will be appreciated and i thank all that responds to this. if needed it has the stock 327-350 hp. engine. approx dollars would also be nice. as of now the brakes are good but i would like to beable to really stop it on a dime. again, thank you

Hydroboost braking runs off of the power steering pump instead of vacuum. So long as you have that pump you can have Hydro brakes.
It installs between the master and the firewall, and connects to the pedal just as a vacuum booster would.
It needs a pressure line from the pump and to the power steering control valve, and a return line tot he stock return system.
That's your power brakes.
