Anyone in the Sonona area doing a rebuild or fram off on there car. I am a great tool boy. I would like to be able to see the inners of a C3. I have a 77 with 50k and i am getting ready to start doing some work in the winter and i would like to get to know my car a little more. Maybe someone in the area needs a hand with the project they are working on. Let me know im free often right now

Hang in there, some times a reply is a little slow coming. I'm sure somebody would love a hand for a couple of days.

Please don't ask the same question in multiple forums.

Did I say anything bad? No. It isn't a tech question, anyway...the posting in C3 Gen was entirely appropriate and properly located.

If I was him, I would have done the same. There are those that do not visit multiple forums like you. Instead of faulting him for it, you could have just done a:

TTT

to help him.....

There are a couple of members up there. I don't think they post frequently so be a little patient.

Besides that, many of us work on our cars as time permits. Makes it pretty hard to set up a time for someone to help.

As vettepower was thinking, so was i. I though some people may not look in the gen area so i tried the post each area.. Didnt mean to cause a problem. Just trying to fix some problems(in my 77)
Guess batman has nothing better to do but bother people trying to learn
Could have sent me a private message and asked me that way. I am a newbie. otherwise i wouldnt need the help on my 77.. Gee your 77 owner too.. I guess ill ask you all my questions. you must know everything. Actually it is a tech question as well.. Im trying to learn as much tech stuff as i can on my new 77..and learn gen stuf fon my vette as well. Isint that what the forum is for?

I do realise that people are not working on there car all the time. Just putting an open invite out. Maybe somewhere down the line someone will remember i asked....

Ok im done..

Thanks again everyone.

You may want to go and talk with Joe at Corvette Express in Vacaville. Joe will let you tour the graveyard and possibly hang around the shop.
