OK if that's correct, then I need to fine the RED Wire in the starter harness to where it comes along the fire wall and splice the RED wire from BAT back together. and then run a new BAT line back to the Battery. I still don't see where the junction block mounted to the battery compartment - no holes etc where it was mounted or anything. I assume the Terminal 2 wire is correct leading into the fuse block?

OK< so if anyone is watching this, to summarize...
In the pics Charlie posted, the alternator #2 pin connection is and should be connected to the firewall connector where it is.
The Bat connection is nOT supposed to be on the firewall connector, it is supposed to go directly to the terminal block in the battery box and from there to the + side of the battery, to complete the charge circuit.
There is not suposed to be a wire on the firewall connetor where that one is.

With some help from SIXFOOTER this is what I know now:

Terminal 2 appears to be OK.

The BAT connection is wrong - should not go into the fuse block.

I need to run some 12 gage stranded wire down the drivers frame and connect to a juntion terminal block and then to the POS lead on the Battery
