How much is too much??? RUST!!!!
Pulled the body off of a 71 convertible. 
Pressure washed the entire chasis and drive chain. Cleaned inside / outside frame - a lot of metal flakes (chunks) come out from inside 
too much for my liking and also have significant amount of flaking on outside of frame. Plan on sending frame for dip and powder coat. Only have a 4" spot over drivers side rear wheel that has eaten through and will repair. With the metal loss from inside how much metal loss is acceptable before needing to replace portions of the frame. How do I measure / check to ensure integrity of frame?
