The bracket #302032 in the picture which connects to both the power steering pump and the altenator. This bracket is the one that allows the pump to be locked down when the belt is tight and also stops the nose of the pump from pulling towards the crank.
My vette is SB so the brackets are different, but the same stud on the back of the PS Pump is used.

In this other active thread there are pics of the bracket setup with the altenator removed. Clearly shows the missing bracket - also shows the PS Pump with a double pulley.
