Gentlemen,
I am not a Corvette Owner but I do have a 1974 Corvette rear end in my Streetrod. The left rear wheel cylinder (Disk Brakes) is leaking and I need to either rebuild the wheel cylinders or install some new ones. I am sure you guys can point me in the right direction. Is there a technical paper on doing this job? Drawings or illustrations? Are the parts readily available? Where is the best place to buy the parts I need? Can I get them locally at Auto Zone, Advanced Auto, etc?
Those are called Calipers. Pull yours off and take them apart to see if they are stainless steel sleeved. If so just clean them up and order the Vette Brake Products O-Ring conversion kit, work good, last a long time..
