Default Xenon headlights
Do they make Xenon headlights in sealed beams for a '68? I have seen the halogens but not the Xenon in the small circle only the big ones, like for trucks. I want to keep my fiberoptics operational.

No. And never will. Complete different electical circuitry. Don't buy any advertised Xenon lights. They are bodgus.
