Anyone near by for a comparrison?
Do you have or have you thought about getting an Assembly Manual, GM Chassis Service Manual and a NCRS Tech Guide for your 72? They will all be a lot of help in determining what is original for your car, and how it was put together originally. Joining your local NCRS Chapter will give you access to people with cars like yours, too.
Regards,
Alan

I had a 71 for a few months before I had to sell it off last year, so I am somewhat familiar with some things.
I am not really a car guy however, so having an item directly in front of me is better than any book or manual.
I do have the 71 assem manual though and an owners manual for the 72.
BUT the joing the NCRS is a good idea.
