Lots of great vendors to choose from. I bought all my calipers from Autozone though. Local, easy core exchange, lifetime warranty, S/S sleeved, and cheap. If I remember right, they were $69.99 EA.
I suggest new rear hard lines for the trailing arms, and new S/S braided flex lines for the calipers.
Rebuild the master with a kit from Oreilly. $25 and an hour and that's it. Drain all the old fluid and replace with new fresh fluid. Make sure you properly bench bleed the master. Let gravity do most of the work for 24-48 hours and then bleed at each wheel several times just to make sure.
Or...buy a Motive bleeder and do it the quick way.
