t top conversion
I have not been able to definitively find out if I can convert the older 2 lock style t top to fit on my 1 lock '80. I've searched the forum without success. Any help is apprecited.

I'd keep the newer style if able....
.. just call a local vette owner and campare parts
maybe buy him/her a beer.. that'll be a good opener....

This swap is usually the other way around -- glass tops retrofitted to 68-77s.
If you go to the earlier halo panel latches with the triangular teeth, it's supposed to work. Remember the 80-82s (maybe 78-79) have an alarm switch behind the halo panel latches. The switch will drop to the bottom if you're not holding it when you remove the latch.
My advice would be to get an eariler AIM and compare the 80 installation with that of the earlier car.
