Default Sidepipe Question

Im buying what looks to be hooker sidepipe headers from a local friend. They are black and i want to make them chrome. Where is a good place (peferably local to springfield, MO) to have them coated and when i buy the tubes will i need those coated too? will the colors match? Also, will i need anything else to install them? or just get it on a lift and install?

I'd ship them off to Jet-Hot. I wouldn't fool with chrome.

How about leaving your pipes black and installing a set of stainless heat shields from www.steelshields.com Bangkok Dean has a great listing of Corvette only shields and they'd look great with the black background of your pipes, plus protect you and your passengers from burns. They cost a lot less than any of your other options, plus you'd get something you really need with side pipes.
