Wipers won't work 1980 Vette
Could some one help with a wire diagram of the 1980 corvette windshield wiper system?
Replaced motor, checked power to motor from switch and checked ground all good.
What could it be?

Try this and see if the motor will run.
The connector for the wiper motor should have 3 wires. Purple(top),White(middle),Gray(bottom).
Make sure the black wire on the wiper case goes to ground. disconnect the 3 wire connector and supply 12 volts to the center connection on the motor where the white wire would go. ground the purple and gray connections on the motor. Wipers should run in slow speed.
Open the gray(bottom) connection. Wipers should run in high speed.
Ground the gray connection and open the purple(top) connection. Wipers should park.
