Find out the compression ratio your pistons will have with 64cc heads. I think the fastburns are 58cc? pushing your CR up another point so need to be aware of that. The afr's are nice but hard to get(backorders for Months).
My advice is:
Brodix IK180's with a 350SB.
Comp HR-276-2S-12 The oem one!!You dont want Retrofit components with that Block.
Then use your roller lifters and 1.6 Roller rockers. and pushrods.
Your ZZ4 block with this relative economic upgrade should get you 400+
HP and 400+ TQ easy.

GM performance parts, step nose hydraulic roller,
# 12370847, should be lumpy in a 350.
int. dur. .050, 234
ex. dur. .050, 242
price $248.95

another lumpy crane #109841, 87 to 99 engines
power range 2800-6800
3000+ converter
10.0 to 11.5 comp ratio
int. .050, 234
ex. .050, 242
LSA 112
int. lift .539
ex. lift .558
lift will be higher with 1.6 rockers.

The amount of compression you have and stall limits you to how
radical you can get with the cam, I put the crane fiqures up to
show you the 234 .050 intake duration makes 10.1 compression
the minimum compression and the 3000 converter a minimum.
The chevy cam has the same exact
duration fiqures, could even be made by crane for chevy for all I
know. If you have the LT4 hot cam with 218/228 .050 duration
its considerably milder then the 234/242 .050 chevy or crane cam.

Primary Bottleneck appears to be ZZ4 small Intake port volume ... 163cc.

ZZ4 chambers are 58cc ... ZZ4 motor ships w/ Thick (0.051") composition head gasket GM P/N 12557236 .

Fastburn chambers are 62cc w/ 210cc IPV ... requires different (vortec) intake than OE ZZ4.

Fastburn heads installed w/ Thin (0.028") composition head gasket GM P/N 10105117 will retain OE ZZ4 compression ratio ... but with a greatly-improved (tighter) quench than OE ZZ4.
