Default '76 vette radiator
have a radiator in good shape but the little piece that the overflow bottle connects to is broken off at radiator(just a 1/2 " hole there now)..can this piece be repaired or will a new radiator be required?.I would like to get this done and a overlow bottle re-installed..I know in the old days some ran without a bottle..If I could do that then I could just patch the hole.....Thanks,Pete

If you have the broken piece a radiator shop should be able to braze it back on

Yea you want to fix that, if you don't its gonna puke all over the place. Antifreeze isn't nice to your paint either
