Painting Engine Valley
I understand the reason but dont know the process.
I will be getting all my engine parts back tomorrow and will start putting this monster back together and trying to deciede if I want/need to do this.
My personal reason for doing it is it looks coool :cool: . So what paint should I use? :chevy

General Electric makes a high temp paint called "Glyptol". It is common used in lifter valleys to improve drainback. Good for the exterior of the engine too.

I've also seen Rustoleum Rusty Metal Primer used for this. I don't have any idea how effective it is compared to Gyptol, but it can be used.
