A Little More Progress
Well, this weekend and tonight I got some stuff done.
Got all my serpentine belt stuff blasted, painted and mounted, came out pretty nice. Then I spent a couple hours tryint to figger out WTF on the belt routing. I eliminated the air pump, bolted it all up and started putting the belt on. 2 hrs and 3 trips to Advanced and it still wasn't working out...Dammit
Then I remembered Gene saying something about an air pump eliminator, WTF is that? Ahhhh, he also said said something about breathless...

So here is what they have
Its a nice bracket and all, but $175? Nay, I don'e think so.
So here is my $20 bracket

OK, So all you union welder types don't have to worry about me putting you out od a job
This thing is coming along. Tomorrow I pick up an 83" belt and that part os done.
Pipes are next!!

PERV !!! I noticed that last night but this being a family friendly forum I didnt want to draw attention and get Six banned for life.
Six-is the belt going over that pulley or does it roll on the back side of belt? If it goes over will it stay on it?

Nice work. I got the Breathless Air pump eliminator, but did not pay any $175. Got the C4 AC bracket, ND Compressor, Alternator bracket w/CS130 alternator, and the Breathless part on Ebay as a package deal that was quite reasonable compared to all of the Camaro/TA setups that were on Ebay at the time. Was that the cash you saved laying on the work bench?
