just wanted to thank all the forum members that have helped me over the years... i ended up selling my car on ebay to some lucky buyer in Wyoming. Got 13k for it! not bad for an 81 with 84k i thought. Again thanks for all the help troubleshooting my little issues and good luck to everyone in their endevours!
