Speedo is a mechanical gauge, about the only way to test it is stick it in a car and run it. You can put a cable on it and run it with a drill to see if it functions and the tripmeter works.
Tach, I would hook it up temp on a car, check it out that way
center gauge, ya have to be kind of carefull, Amp meter will smoke if you just hook it up to power and ground. Voltmeter, power and ground is all it needs. Temp gauge, connect it to power, ground and then ground the sender terminal, it should go full scale. Put a 68 ohm resistor to ground and it should go midscale. Oil pressure electrical gauge Power, ground, same test ad temp gauge. Oil Temp, same...
you get the idea
Fuel gauge works the same way: Power, ground and a sender line. Ground it and you get full deflection right, open it stays left, bot 50 or 60 ohms should get you mid scale. The fuel sender is 0 to 90 ohms
