Hi
I bought 7 years ago Dynomax headers black 3" outlet.(327/350)
The black color gone and the color now is gray with brown.
I did the connection pipe between the headers out let to the long section of the exhaust pipe.
They still on the car and look solid and now connected to 3" chambered exhaust pipe.

I put Dynomax ceramic coated headers on my car about 2 years ago. They are holding up well. No leaks. I used 1 5/8 primaries and they produced a big performance gain over stock manifolds.
I have Dynomax headers that are 6 years old now and about 7k miles on them. The ceramic coating on one tube started flaking a couple years ago, but otherwise they are in great condition. They fit on a small block, no a/c, 4 speed car, with no mods or pipe dimples. Easiest set I've ever installed.
The comparison photo below shows 2 small block C3's with Dynomax on the left and Hooker headers on the right. You can see that the Dynomax headers are slightly shorter and angle downward, this gives you a little more ground clearance.
Thanks for the info. Is there any special trick I need to know for installing the AIR tubes on them? These are going on an 82 with a computer and all of the smog stuff still intact. Also The exhaust on the car is 2.5".
