My 383 has 210 AFR Eliminators. Makes 530hp/505lb. Pretty big cam so power peaks on the high side of 6000rpm, but it makes 400lb of torque from the bottom of the dyno pulls (3500 rpm).
i already have a tko-600 from keisler.. so i dont need a tranny.
If you have a full kit for an SBC, I don't think it won't bolt up to an LS. I beleive input shafts are different. You can get it to work, but would need to swap some parts. I assume Keisler would give you some direction.
im assuming for the tranny all i would need to swap would be the flywheel to make it work, maybe some bellhousing adjustments... but other than that i think im good...
so if i go with the carbed ls6, all i would need is a manifold and computer to switch it over to fuel injection right? or am i missing something?
this is all you need... no computer...no distributor... just msd box... and intake manifold... and $50-$100 electric fuel pump to push about 4-6 lbs fuel (enough to feed a CARB) ....it is plug and play...
if you want to get tricky and RUN no2 or other power adder... just switch to a programable MSD box (with laptop) a mer 300 dollars.
