I've ordered a GMPP 454HO and need to know if I need to go to the
L88 hood,is there any other way to have the clearance required?
This is going into my 69vert.

If you want any kind of range in types of manifolds you can use I would suggest a taller style after market hood like an L88. Even the big block hood will leave you with limited choices of low deck manifolds.
