1979 bumper repair

The front bumper has several nicks, it is plastic. What filler would I use to fill the nicks.

Transtar makes a product called Plasto-Mend Plastic Repair Non Rigid that will work very well. http://www.tat-co.com/product.asp?ID=201

They also manufacture a water based primer for urethane bumpers that allows you to wet sand and block sand the surface. It's compatible with all topcoats. http://www.tat-co.com/product.asp?ID=187

i was told to use the high build primer on mine and sand between each coat and that would take care of it.
