Wiper Problem-Electrical .. Headlight Problem-Vacuum
Alrighty! Thanks for looking first off, I appreciate the help you may be able to give me 
.
First, we have the windshield wipers. The door opens fine, the wipers never come up. The wiper motor was just replaced. I had a friend look at it, and he thinks may be the switch that is made when the wiper door comes up. My question is, what is this switch called? Picture:
Now we have the all annoying headlight issue! I drive normally, park the vette, shut her off. The drivers side headlight comes up, usually 98% of the time. Not sure what it is. Second problem, well not really a problem, just an annoyance, I pull the switch to get the headlights to come on and pop up. The driverside shoots up quickly, whereas the passenger side takes a while, I'm talking doesn't start moving for 10 seconds, then slowly creeps its way up.

So the seal leak in the passenger actuator is affecting the driver light to come up when the car is shut off. Or is that causing the light to come up very slowly when the light **** is pulled? Or, is it that the problem to both?
