power steering conversion for BB
Anyone has done this conversion, especially with Corvette Steering Serives unit? Car is a BB with Hooker header (side exhaust)
Does it have room for it, and how difficult is the conversion and of course how expensive is the conversion.

The Corvette Steering 12:1 jeep box conversion?
That is what I am running with a big block and hooker sidepipes. Very very tight fit, have not driven it yet to know how it performs and/or lasts the test of use & time.
Ask VBP for their new 2008 catalog and check out their new rack & pinion design. I have yet to see it but its got to be better than the steeroids unit. Or build one yourself.

Yes you can install power steering. There are plenty of big block cars with headers and power steering. You just need the correct parts.
