thats way too much information on heads to find out what push rods to use. just get a push rod measuring tool is the best way . im assuming your using roller rockers so get some bearing blue and be sure to get the roller rolling equally and as near as possible to the centre of where it seats for the right geometry.you will have to wind the motor over a few times and adjust the rod to get it right but it is crutial you do it.

I would start with these. If they are the right length, run them. I just picked up a set. You can also get these +.100" if needed for the same price. You ain't gonna beat the price or value.
