I have an 82 and really all i know is that i have a 5.7L Crossfire with 700R trans . I'm wondering if if it's a L88, LS1. That way i can match the proper aftermarket parts to add alot of horses and fun...

No not at this moment i have 3/4 of the top end torn off cause i had an intake leak over the trans causing computer retardation. The coolant sensors where picking up on an air bubble and slight over heating causing spitting and sputtering...
