This place make a replacement frame for C3's that makes C4 steering and suspention a direct bolt in. It was around $4000 though. http://www.rowleycorvette.com/frames-new.html

In progress. An old picture below. C4 suspension front ('92) and rear ('84). C3 differential retained for strength (and ease of gearing selection). I am retaining the C3 track width, rather than the C4 track width so I can retain the use of C3 wheels on the car.
