Look at the picture below. Is it leaking at the rubber disc shaped seal located on one of the flats of the hex on the big end plug? If so, you are looking at buying a new valve since this part is pressed together and can't be taken apart to replace the 2 o'rings that are leaking (second photo)
Nice pics Duke.GM probably should have offered the long nut portion(proportioning or rear wheel anti-lock part) seperately.Thats the only part of the combination valve I ever saw go bad.

THanks for the pics and the info you guys I will get under there this morning and take a look at where it is leaking
Just looked at that pic again, so if it is leaking from the "long nut portion" I have to buy a whole block ? or as the Haynes calls it Combination Valve ?

Yes, you will need to buy the whole valve assembly.

I was just under the car and it looks like the leak is coming from where the line meets the nut, there is no moisture on the block or the long hex portion it appears the line has split or just rusted out in that area.
Is there a way to repair this, can cut the line back to a good portion and splice a short piece in there ? If so what tools do I need I have no flaring tools at this time but not opposed to buying them.
I really don't want to replace the whole line unless it is just a section that can be done fairly easily
Yup just got someone to press on the pedal and a pinhole leak in the line shoots brake fluid right across and onto the exhaust pipes

Yes, you can cut out the bad part and just replace that piece. You'll need a union and a couple of tube nuts. Only problem will be the tight quarters to try and flare the tube. Might just as well cut as much off as you can.
