78 T-Top

I have to replace the velcro for the t-top liner. Looks like the old ones are revited in. Should I take the top to a dealer?

No, just drill the rivets out, and use new rivets to secure the new velcro. I believe there are a few holes in the frame of the tops that will allow you to shake the old rivet bottoms out of.

Think Dr Rebuild has a kit for that....or...

Oh and glue them on with 3M weather strip adhesive..No. 08001..red box...

I got the velcro from Zip. That all you get. I know a good body man, I may take it to him. Thanks for the reply.
