Default Edelbrock Choke

I have an Edelbrock Performer carb with an electric choke. The choke is stuck (maybe) in the open position.

I'm far from an expert in this area.

Any help on how to adjust the carb to get this to close.

Thanks,
Tony

Did it just start doing that or are you trying to set it up?

I would loosen the 3 screws on the side of the choke mechanism cover. It's the black round deal on the side. By twisting that, you can adjust how long the choke stays on. I can't remember off hand which way makes it stay on longer, but if you let it twist all the way lean (as it's marked on the unit) it will leave the choke off all the time and the choke plates will be open.

When you get it set, just tighten the screws back down to lock in place. There's a mark on it to give you the middle setting. That's a good place to start.
