Can I get away with just bleeding the new rear calipers only?? It is my understanding that the front and rear brakes are separate. Call me lazy, but without a lift it is a pain in the **** to take off 2 more extra wheels and then put them back, if I don't have to!!!

Darn, that was a fast answer!! And the one I wanted to hear.
When do you spend time with that sweety of yours??
By the way, here is a question for you....Did C2's come with rear calipers? Reason I am asking is because I could have gotten C2 calipers for $50 bucks compared to $65 for C3 calipers. To me they look the same!!

That's weird...the calipers were the same from 65-82, as far as I know.
Also, is there a difference between front and rear calipers, besides the steel line that runs to them in the rear???
Yes and yes. The Corvette has never been a disc/drum car. 4 wheel drum brakes were available as a credit option in '65 until the parts ran out. The rear calipers are quite a bit different from the fronts - the castings are shaped differently and the rears have two bleeder screws.
