Clock Help
Hi,
I pulled the old clock out of my 71 and hooked up a quartz clock and it's not working. I tested the new quartz clock by hooking directly up to the battery and the clock works fine. I suspected a fuse being the problem...but when i changed the fuse I noticed the clock and some of the interior lights share the same fuse as some of the interior lights went out with the fuse out. With the new fuse the in the interior lights came back on but the clock still doesn't work. Any ideas?

I'm embarrassed to say it wasn't working simply because the clock wasn't grounded. I had it plugged in and it wasn't working and didn't know why...as soon as I put it in the metal housing it starting working

The clock in my '69 has worked continuously for at least 28 years, since I made the quartz conversion.
No miracle. Now factory brakes that work for 50,000 miles, I'd consider a miracle. I went to aluminum SSBC brakes after years and thousands of dollars lost on the blessed (stainless sleeved) factory system.
